Qualifications

I am licensed in Maryland (#32659) which means I successfully completed the 120 hour pre-licensing course and passed the challenging National Home Inspectors Exam—both required in Maryland to be a home inspector. I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and have earned the designation of being a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® through their strict online training and requirements. Through this training and membership, I’ve gained the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss. I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures you will receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer. I understand first-hand how stressful a real estate transaction can be, so whether you’re buying or selling a home, or purchasing an investment property, let BB Home Inspection Services give you the peace of mind you deserve to make the right choice for your family’s future.

I take my qualifications very seriously and I’m constantly working on my knowledge and education to ensure the highest level of service to my clients. Building science, systems and materials are always changing in this industry and I recognize the importance of always continuing to learn.

Below are continuing education certifications I’ve recieved through InterNACHI. Be sure to check back, as I’m always adding services and more certifications!
